【摘要】：正一、問(wèn)題的提出改革一詞一直是每個(gè)國(guó)家發(fā)展進(jìn)程中持續(xù)關(guān)注的不變主題,一個(gè)國(guó)家政府的改革意識(shí)也關(guān)系著其能否在未來(lái)的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)上得以良性的進(jìn)步。關(guān)于中國(guó)改革的研究,國(guó)際上大部分的學(xué)者認(rèn)為是從鄧小平執(zhí)政以后,也就是1978年黨的十一屆三中全會(huì)以后開(kāi)始的。中國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)改革推動(dòng)中國(guó)實(shí)現(xiàn)了30余年持續(xù)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的奇跡,引起了國(guó)際社會(huì)的廣泛關(guān)注,也引起了學(xué)界的廣泛探討和爭(zhēng)論。美國(guó)則始終是一個(gè)充滿(mǎn)改革意識(shí)與生命力的國(guó)家,
[Abstract]:First, the term "reform" has always been a constant theme of concern in the development process of every country. The reform consciousness of a national government is also related to its future politics and economy. Social progress has been positive. Regarding the study of China's reform, most scholars in the world believe that it has been since Deng Xiaoping came to power. That is, since the third Plenary session of the 11th CPC Central Committee in 1978. China's economic reform has pushed China to realize the miracle of sustained economic growth for more than 30 years, which has aroused the widespread concern of the international community. The United States has always been a country full of reform consciousness and vitality.
