【摘要】：文章認(rèn)為在吉爾吉斯斯坦憲政民主制度下,威權(quán)下的權(quán)力政治根深蒂固,降低著民主制度的適應(yīng)能力,在制度與權(quán)力之間形成了一種錯綜復(fù)雜的結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾,這種結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾導(dǎo)致憲政制度充滿變數(shù)、選舉政治頻繁波動、政黨制度化較弱、政黨價值"迷失",阻礙著政黨政治的制度化和穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:The article holds that under the constitutional democracy of Kyrgyzstan, the power politics under authoritarianism is deeply rooted, which reduces the adaptability of the democratic system and forms a complicated structural contradiction between the system and the power. This kind of structural contradiction leads to the constitutional system full of variables, the frequent fluctuation of election politics, the weak institutionalization of political parties, and the loss of party value, which hinders the institutionalization and stability of party politics.
