【摘要】：美國總統(tǒng)特朗普今年上任后推出了不少新政策,其施行的貿(mào)易保護政策、反移民政令、退出國際多邊條約等等反映了鮮明的逆向全球化傾向,這種傾向既是美國在國家利益和全球化進程之間進行重大調(diào)整的戰(zhàn)略選擇,也是美國對于其全球身份定位感到困惑的表現(xiàn)。在當下的新一輪全球化進程中,特朗普如何在國內(nèi)外挑戰(zhàn)下選擇應對策略值得人們高度關注。
[Abstract]:After taking office this year, US President Trump has launched a number of new policies. His trade protection policies, anti-immigration decrees, withdrawal from international multilateral treaties, and so on, reflect a clear trend of reverse globalization. This tendency is not only a strategic choice for the United States to make a major adjustment between its national interests and the process of globalization, but also a manifestation of its confusion about its global identity. How Trump chooses his strategy in the face of domestic and foreign challenges deserves much attention.
