【摘要】： 從19世紀(jì)后半期算起,社會(huì)黨已經(jīng)經(jīng)歷了近一個(gè)半世紀(jì)的發(fā)展,在這一百多年的發(fā)展過(guò)程中,社會(huì)黨的理論和實(shí)踐并非一成不變,相反,以多元主義和實(shí)用主義為行動(dòng)準(zhǔn)則的西歐各國(guó)社會(huì)黨,最大的特點(diǎn)就是隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展和形勢(shì)的變化而革新自己的理論和政策,在實(shí)踐中實(shí)現(xiàn)自身的轉(zhuǎn)型,迄今為止社會(huì)黨主要經(jīng)歷了三次轉(zhuǎn)型。論文要探討的問(wèn)題是社會(huì)黨為什么要轉(zhuǎn)型?社會(huì)黨的轉(zhuǎn)型是否具有必然性和必要性? 論文認(rèn)為,社會(huì)黨的轉(zhuǎn)型并不是偶然發(fā)生的,而是有其深刻的社會(huì)歷史根源。二戰(zhàn)后資本主義經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、意識(shí)形態(tài)和社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)都發(fā)生了深刻的變化,資本主義經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展為社會(huì)黨的轉(zhuǎn)型提供了經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ),資本主義政治制度的完善為社會(huì)黨的轉(zhuǎn)型提供了政治條件,資本主義意識(shí)形態(tài)和價(jià)值觀念的變化為社會(huì)黨轉(zhuǎn)型營(yíng)造了文化氛圍,資本主義社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)的變化為社會(huì)黨轉(zhuǎn)型提供了階級(jí)基礎(chǔ)和群眾基礎(chǔ)。社會(huì)黨根據(jù)變化了的情況,積極進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)型,使黨的指導(dǎo)思想、奮斗目標(biāo)、政黨性質(zhì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)政策、活動(dòng)方式、政黨功能等適應(yīng)社會(huì)發(fā)展的需要,從而使黨在新的歷史條件下能夠立足于社會(huì),并獲得新的發(fā)展。 社會(huì)黨的轉(zhuǎn)型,既有放棄原則向現(xiàn)實(shí)秩序、現(xiàn)實(shí)利益妥協(xié)的一面,更有為適應(yīng)政治經(jīng)濟(jì)等條件的變化而積極進(jìn)行自我調(diào)整的一面。社會(huì)黨這種立足現(xiàn)實(shí)、與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的精神值得我們學(xué)習(xí)。
[Abstract]:Since the second half of 19th century, the Socialist Party has experienced nearly a century and a half of development. In the course of 100 years of development, the theory and practice of the Socialist Party have not been fixed, on the contrary, With pluralism and pragmatism as the norm of action, the biggest characteristic of the socialist parties in Western Europe is to reform their theories and policies with the development of the times and the changes of the situation, and to realize their own transformation in practice. So far, the Socialist Party has experienced three major transformations. The question to be explored in this paper is why the Socialist Party should be transformed. Is the transition of the Socialist Party inevitable and necessary? The paper holds that the transformation of the Socialist Party is not accidental, but has its profound social and historical roots. After World War II, the capitalist economy, politics, ideology and social structure have undergone profound changes. The rapid development of capitalist economy provides the economic foundation for the transformation of the Socialist Party, and the perfection of the capitalist political system provides the political conditions for the transformation of the Socialist Party. The changes in capitalist ideology and values have created a cultural atmosphere for the transformation of the Socialist Party, and the changes in the structure of the capitalist society have provided a class basis and a mass basis for the transformation of the Socialist Party. In order to make the Party's guiding ideology, objective of struggle, nature of party, economic policy, mode of activity and function of political party adapt to the needs of social development, so that the Party can be based on the society under the new historical conditions, And get new development. In the transformation of the Socialist Party, there is not only one side of giving up the principle to the reality order, one side of the realistic interests compromise, but also one side of the self-adjustment to adapt to the change of the political and economic conditions, etc. The Socialist Party is based on the reality. The spirit of keeping pace with the times is worth learning.
