【摘要】：日本熊本地震核心區(qū)域的震度達(dá)到最高級,但人員傷亡規(guī)模較小,從基于時間序列的分析來看,日本政府高效發(fā)布災(zāi)害信息,地方政府自動設(shè)置指揮機構(gòu),防衛(wèi)省、海上保安廳、消防廳等部門在短時間內(nèi)實現(xiàn)了大規(guī)模力量投送,凸顯了日本政府近年來應(yīng)急體系建設(shè)取得的重要成果。
[Abstract]:The earthquake intensity in the core area of the Kumamoto earthquake in Japan reached the highest level, but the scale of casualties was relatively small. According to the analysis based on time series, the Japanese government effectively released disaster information, and local governments automatically set up command agencies and the Ministry of Defense. In a short period of time, the departments of Coast Guard and Fire Protection Agency have realized large-scale power delivery, which highlights the important achievements made by the Japanese government in the construction of emergency system in recent years.
