【摘要】：借鑒UNDP編制的人類發(fā)展指數(shù),文章從健康、教育、就業(yè)、性別四個(gè)維度分別選取預(yù)期壽命、平均受教育年限、女性勞動(dòng)力占比、失業(yè)率四項(xiàng)指標(biāo)測(cè)算出"一帶一路"沿線國(guó)家社會(huì)發(fā)展指數(shù),將其排序并對(duì)其進(jìn)行分析,可知"一帶一路"沿線國(guó)家社會(huì)發(fā)展水平較低,差異性較大并存在一定的波動(dòng)性。同時(shí),通過(guò)與不同收入水平國(guó)家、世界不同區(qū)域及"一帶一路"內(nèi)部區(qū)域間相關(guān)指標(biāo)的比較,分析"一帶一路"沿線國(guó)家健康、教育、就業(yè)、性別發(fā)展的情況、特征以及問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:For reference to the human development index compiled by UNDP, this paper selects life expectancy, average years of education and the proportion of female labor force from the four dimensions of health, education, employment and gender. The social development index of the countries along "Belt and Road" is measured by four indicators of unemployment rate, and the social development index of the countries along the "Belt and Road" line is ranked and analyzed. It can be seen that the social development level of the countries along the "Belt and Road" line is relatively low. At the same time, by comparing with the countries with different income levels, different regions of the world and the internal regions of Belt and Road, the paper analyzes the health, education and employment of the countries along the road of "Belt and Road". Gender development, characteristics and problems.
