【摘要】：日本第46屆眾議院選舉的結(jié)果,不僅重演了三年零三個(gè)月前朝野易位的一幕,也給"兩大政黨輪流執(zhí)政制"劃上了句號(hào)。民主黨之所以遭到空前慘敗,直接原因是以野田佳彥為首的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層內(nèi)外政策的失誤和黨內(nèi)運(yùn)作的失敗,而更應(yīng)該引起人們注意的是日本政治生態(tài)近年來(lái)發(fā)生的深刻變化。朝野政黨如果不能順應(yīng)這些變化加快轉(zhuǎn)型,日本政局的動(dòng)蕩局面還將延續(xù)相當(dāng)長(zhǎng)一段時(shí)間。
[Abstract]:The result of the 46th House of Representatives election in Japan not only repeated the change of power between the ruling and opposition parties three years and three months ago, but also put an end to the "system of rotation of the two major political parties." the Democratic Party suffered an unprecedented fiasco. The direct cause is the failure of the internal and external policies of the leadership led by Yoshihiko Noda and the failure of the operation of the party. But what people should pay more attention to is the profound changes that have taken place in Japanese political ecology in recent years. If the ruling and opposition parties cannot adapt to these changes and accelerate the transformation, the political instability in Japan will continue for quite a long time.
