【摘要】：2014年之后,日本政府積極推進現行社會保障制度的改革。本文從勞動政策的視角,對其改革內容及發(fā)展方向進行深入分析,闡述社會保障制度改革與勞動政策轉型的關聯性。在社會保障制度改革方面,日本推進社會保障基金繳費從社會保險方式向稅方式轉變。為了降低政府財政負擔,推動社會保障由公助、自助模式向互助模式轉變。與此同時,日本政府還積極實施勞動政策從雇傭維持型向勞動轉移支援型的轉變,以促進年輕人、女人、高齡者等所有世代積極參與社會經濟活動。
[Abstract]:After 2014, the Japanese government actively promoted the reform of the current social security system. This paper expounds the relationship between the reform of social security system and the transformation of labor policy. In the aspect of the reform of social security system, Japan promotes the transformation of social security fund contributions from social insurance to tax. At the same time, the Japanese government is also actively implementing a shift in labor policy from employment maintenance to labor support, in order to promote young people and women. All generations such as the elderly are actively involved in social and economic activities.
