【摘要】：近年來,社會上對志愿者活動的關注持續(xù)走高,針對各個領域志愿者的研究,志愿者活動的調(diào)查也不計其數(shù),但是對福祉志愿者相關領域的調(diào)查研究仍然較少。同時,日本又是眾所周知的福祉制度相對完善的國家,所以本文從日本福祉志愿者的角度切入,從其含義,產(chǎn)生,發(fā)展,特點等方面分析,進而得出我國志愿者活動需要改進的地方。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the social attention to volunteer activities has continued to rise, and the number of research on volunteer activities in various fields has been numerous, but the research on the related fields of welfare volunteers is still relatively small. At the same time, Japan is also known as a relatively perfect welfare system, so this paper from the point of view of Japanese welfare volunteers, from its meaning, production, development, characteristics and other aspects of analysis, and then get our volunteer activities need to be improved.
