【摘要】：土耳其民族行動(dòng)黨在土耳其政黨政治發(fā)展史中占有重要地位。其發(fā)展演變大致經(jīng)歷了前史與成立時(shí)期、從邊緣到中心時(shí)期、重建與分裂時(shí)期和調(diào)整與易變時(shí)期4個(gè)階段。在意識形態(tài)方面,該黨的政治話語是泛突厥主義、伊斯蘭主義、民族主義等思潮的糅合體,一定程度上折射出土耳其民族主義話語的模糊性和不連貫性;就其在政治光譜中的位置來看,可歸入極右翼政黨家族,1997年后該黨有向中間政黨移動(dòng)的趨勢;在具體活動(dòng)方面,上世紀(jì)七八十年代其青年組織理想之家曾開展暴力恐怖活動(dòng),還曾在海外建立支部,1987年重建后主要以合法形式參與土耳其選舉政治,并多次獲得議會(huì)席位和政府職位。然而,從歷次選舉結(jié)果看,民族行動(dòng)黨在土耳其選舉政治中表現(xiàn)出高度易變性。
[Abstract]:The Turkish National Action Party occupies an important position in the history of political development of Turkish political parties. In terms of ideology, the party's political discourse is a mixture of pan-Turkism, Islamism, nationalism, etc. Partly reflecting the ambiguity and discontinuity of Turkish nationalist discourse; in terms of its position in the political spectrum, it can be attributed to the family of far-right political parties, which have a tendency to move to the centre since 1997; and in terms of specific activities, In 0th century, its ideal House of Youth organizations carried out violent terrorist activities and established branches overseas. After its reconstruction in 1987, it participated mainly in Turkish electoral politics in a legal manner, and has been granted parliamentary seats and government posts on numerous occasions. Judging from the results of previous elections, the National Action Party has shown a high degree of variability in Turkish election politics.
