【摘要】：1948年4月意大利大選是意大利共產(chǎn)黨通過議會民主途徑重返政府的一個重要契機。為了阻止意大利共產(chǎn)黨再次入閣,在意大利建立并維持一個反共、親美和所謂的民主政府,美國政府第一次動用了國家安全委員會(NSC),出臺了NSC-1號系列文件,確立了美國對意大利政治干預的政策目標、指導方針和具體手段,最終在意大利建立了親美的中右翼政權。在這次干預行動中,美國國家安全委員會扮演了獨特而至關重要的角色。
[Abstract]:In April 1948, the Italian election was an important opportunity for the Communist Party of Italy to return to government through parliamentary democracy. In order to prevent the Italian Communist Party from re-entering the cabinet, it established and maintained an anti-Communist, pro-American and so-called democratic government in Italy. For the first time, the US government used the National Security Council (NSC) to issue the NSC-1 series of documents, which established the policy objectives, guidelines and specific means for US political intervention in Italy. Eventually, a pro-American centre-right regime was established in Italy. The National Security Council played a unique and crucial role in the intervention.
