【摘要】：2016年,朝鮮進(jìn)行了兩次(第四、五次)核試驗(yàn),核開發(fā)的步伐加快,擁核的意志更加堅(jiān)定,擁核的路線趨于固化。美國(guó)借口朝鮮核試,加緊推進(jìn)其東北亞戰(zhàn)略。一時(shí)間,美國(guó)的"亞太再平衡"戰(zhàn)略、朝鮮的擁核自保戰(zhàn)略、韓國(guó)的"吞并統(tǒng)一"戰(zhàn)略在朝鮮半島相互碰撞,大國(guó)的戰(zhàn)略博弈日趨加劇。朝核危機(jī)、"薩德"入韓和韓國(guó)的政治危機(jī)在朝鮮半島相互疊加,對(duì)地區(qū)形勢(shì)造成強(qiáng)烈的沖擊。2017年,朝鮮半島形勢(shì)依然嚴(yán)峻。美國(guó)新任總統(tǒng)特朗普的對(duì)朝鮮半島政策將有新的調(diào)整,半島的戰(zhàn)略博弈仍將以一定的強(qiáng)度繼續(xù)下去。三大危機(jī)難以化解,地區(qū)安全形勢(shì)仍將動(dòng)蕩不穩(wěn),半島無核化進(jìn)程能否出現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)尚難以預(yù)料。

The North Korean nuclear crisis, the political crisis between "THAAD" and South Korea superimposed on the Korean Peninsula, which has a strong impact on the regional situation. 2017.
