【摘要】： 國際政治理論就研究范式的意義而言,存在著本體論、認識論和方法論三者間的一體化關系。本體論是理論的核心部分,認識論和方法論都為解釋、分析和論證本體論提供了適當?shù)耐緩胶凸ぞ摺１菊撐闹黝}聚焦于歐洲一體化進程的政治分析-兼論歐盟共同外交及安全政策,屬于國際政治理論兩個基本點中相關合作、一體化與和平的探討。和平是國際社會所追尋的終極目標(本體),合作則為達到目標在哲學意義上的指導概念(認識),至于一體化則是向目標前進的過程(方法)。本文在論述順序上首先,從了解什么是歐洲一體化出發(fā);其次,探討歐洲一體化發(fā)展的背景和緣起;再次,簡介歐洲一體化發(fā)展的成長過程;最后,則對歐洲一體化的現(xiàn)有成就,及未來發(fā)展方向作一綜整。至于對一體化進程中另一重要的經(jīng)濟一體化部份,由于篇幅限制,因此著墨不多,僅能作概略的論述。子標題則從歐洲政治合作的視角,論述歐洲聯(lián)盟共同外交及安全政策體制的發(fā)展背景、現(xiàn)況、及未來展望。全文論述軌跡循一體化進程中共同體的建立、政治一體化的脈絡前進,著重于超國家主義與政府間主義交織間聯(lián)系關系的探索。2007年是歐洲聯(lián)盟誕生的第50周年,作為全球政治中標示著合作理論中一體化的真實實踐,已歷半個世紀之久的歐洲區(qū)域一體化進程,其發(fā)展的意義及其難點為何?亦是本論文涉及的命題。
[Abstract]:In terms of the significance of the research paradigm, there exists an integrated relationship among ontology, epistemology and methodology. Ontology is the core part of the theory, and epistemology and methodology are all explanations. This thesis focuses on the political analysis of the process of European integration-and on the common foreign and security policy of the European Union. Cooperation, integration and peace are two basic points of international political theory. Peace is the ultimate goal (Noumenon) pursued by the international community. Cooperation is the guiding concept in the philosophical sense of achieving the goal, while integration is the process of advancing towards the goal (the method is: first of all, this paper starts from understanding what is European integration; Secondly, the background and origin of the development of European integration are discussed. Thirdly, the growth process of the development of European integration is briefly introduced. Finally, the present achievements of European integration and its future direction are integrated. As for another important part of the integration process, due to space constraints, there is little to be said about it. The subtitle discusses the development background and current situation of the common foreign and security policy system of the European Union from the perspective of European political cooperation. And the future prospects. The full text discusses the path of integration in the process of the establishment of the community, political integration in the context of progress. 2007 is the 50th anniversary of the birth of the European Union, which marks the real practice of integration in the theory of cooperation in global politics. What are the significance and difficulties of the development of the European regional integration process, which has been going on for half a century? It is also the proposition involved in this paper.
