【摘要】：志愿服務(wù)是一個(gè)國(guó)家精神的象征,是國(guó)家文明的標(biāo)志。目前,我國(guó)的大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)尚處于發(fā)展階段,大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)機(jī)制有待完善和加強(qiáng)。相比之下,美國(guó)的志愿服務(wù)機(jī)制比較成熟包括支持保障機(jī)制、管理運(yùn)行機(jī)制和鼓舞激勵(lì)機(jī)制。借鑒美國(guó)的志愿服務(wù)機(jī)制對(duì)我國(guó)的志愿服務(wù)的發(fā)展是必要的。我國(guó)的志愿服務(wù)事業(yè)正在步入正態(tài)階段,因此要加大支持、完善保障,保證科學(xué)管理、順暢運(yùn)行,保持持久激勵(lì)、促進(jìn)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Voluntary service is a symbol of national spirit and a symbol of national civilization. At present, the voluntary service of college students in China is still in the development stage, and the mechanism of voluntary service of college students needs to be improved and strengthened. The American voluntary service mechanism is more mature, including support security mechanism. It is necessary to learn from the voluntary service mechanism of the United States for the development of voluntary service in our country. The voluntary service in our country is entering the normal stage, so we should increase our support. Improve security, ensure scientific management, smooth operation, maintain lasting incentives, and promote development.
