【摘要】：緬甸民族沖突問題由來已久,對緬甸國Qg及地區(qū)穩(wěn)定乃至世界和平都產(chǎn)生了重要影響。其沖突的原因主要有:緬甸民地武追求自治和緬甸政府軍想要實質(zhì)性統(tǒng)一所遇到的一系列挫折而進行彼此攻擊:民地武和政府軍都想占有稀缺的自然資源;殖民政府時期所推行的民族政策,柰溫政府"勘亂"政策埋下的禍根;沖突雙方實力的變化及大國博弈留下的影子,等等。通過研究,本文認為國Qg戰(zhàn)爭和外部大國無休止地介入與干預均對緬甸國Qg民族沖突問題的解決有害無益,而只有"拼圖式"的接觸、對話、溝通和妥協(xié)才是解決這一問題的良策。
[Abstract]:The issue of ethnic conflict in Myanmar has a long history. QG has had an important impact on Myanmar's QG, regional stability and even world peace. The main causes of the conflict are:. Burma's civilian armed forces pursue autonomy and Myanmar government forces want substantive reunification of a series of setbacks and attack each other: civilian and government forces want to occupy scarce natural resources; The national policy carried out by the colonial government and the "disorderly" policy of Naiwen government; The changes of the strength of both sides of the conflict and the shadow left by the big power game, etc. This paper holds that the QG war and the endless intervention and intervention of the outside powers are harmful to the solution of the QG ethnic conflict in Myanmar, but only the "jigsaw" contact and dialogue. Communication and compromise are the best way to solve this problem.
