【摘要】：美國與波多黎各政治關(guān)系演變研究歷來是學(xué)界關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)。將1998年波多黎各地方全民公投作為研究對(duì)象可以較好地把握未來美波政治關(guān)系發(fā)展的大致脈絡(luò),厘清美波政治關(guān)系演變的特點(diǎn)。從1967年波多黎各全民公投伊始,三十年美波關(guān)系的發(fā)展承前彰顯了波多黎各地方民主的進(jìn)步,此后為我們理解和把握新世紀(jì)美波政治關(guān)系的大體方向提供了視角。美國國會(huì)、波多黎各地方政黨、波民眾對(duì)美管控的態(tài)度以及波地方民族解放運(yùn)動(dòng)的相互交織為未來波多黎各政治身份的轉(zhuǎn)變提供了可能,而美國對(duì)波多黎各未來政治身份演變擁有單邊終極決策權(quán)。
[Abstract]:The United States and Puerto Rican political relations evolution research is always the focus in the academic circles. The local referendum in Puerto Rico in 1998 as the research object can better grasp the general context of the future development of Meibo political relations, to clarify the characteristics of evolution of Meibo political relations. From 1967 the beginning of the Puerto Rico Puerto Rico referendum, local democracy progress highlights the development of Meibo relations thirty years bear before, then the general direction for us to understand and grasp the political relations in the new century Minami provides perspective. The United States Congress, Puerto Rico, local political parties, people in the United States to control the attitude of the wave and the wave of local national liberation movement to change the future of Puerto Rico intertwined political identity may be provided, and the United States on the future evolution of the political identity of Puerto Rico with the ultimate unilateral decisions.
