【摘要】：獨(dú)特的社區(qū)建設(shè)和管理體系是溫哥華市成為世界著名的宜居城市、綠色之都的重要基礎(chǔ)。從溫哥華市墩巴社區(qū)的實(shí)踐看,溫哥華市社區(qū)建設(shè)的機(jī)構(gòu)、財(cái)政等制度框架頗具特色。社區(qū)活動(dòng)包含社區(qū)規(guī)劃、創(chuàng)業(yè)、教育、綠化、健康、娛樂(lè)等內(nèi)容。溫哥華市的社區(qū)組織管理模式啟示我們:在社區(qū)建設(shè)過(guò)程中,政府只能適當(dāng)引導(dǎo),對(duì)社區(qū)建設(shè)模式的提法要慎重,既不宜把地方經(jīng)驗(yàn)簡(jiǎn)單模式化加以推廣,也不宜過(guò)度依賴(lài)行政手段推動(dòng)社區(qū)的建設(shè)和發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The unique community construction and management system is the important foundation for Vancouver to become a world famous livable city and a green city. Community activities include community planning, entrepreneurship, education, greening, health, entertainment and so on. Vancouver's community organization management model enlightens us: in the process of community construction. The government can only give proper guidance to the formulation of the mode of community construction. It is neither suitable to popularize the simple model of local experience nor to rely too much on administrative means to promote the construction and development of the community.
