【摘要】：正每每談及美國人的養(yǎng)老,國人往往是一片艷羨之意。誠然,美國的強制低保以及失業(yè)救濟的確較國內更完善,也讓不少懶漢過上了過得去的生活。不過,以筆者所見,篤信耕讀傳家、光耀門楣的華人還真不是低保的熱衷群體。在美國"國家-商業(yè)-自我"三位一體的全面養(yǎng)老體系中,近年的趨勢是商業(yè)化越來越成為主流,政府樂得抽身其間,這是成熟社會尤其是成熟資金市場的恩賜,也暗含著對未來可持續(xù)發(fā)展的隱憂。
[Abstract]:Is often talked about the American pension, people are often a envy of Italy. Indeed, the mandatory minimum U.S. unemployment benefits and indeed more perfect than domestic, also let many lazy live a decent life. However, in the author's opinion, a farming family, dazzling Chinese is really not low the passionate communities in a comprehensive pension system of the national business self "three-in-one in recent trends of commercialization is becoming more and more popular, the government to withdraw it, this is a mature society especially in the mature capital market is dark with a gift for the future sustainable development problems.
