英國在國際關(guān)系中的常規(guī)做法是建立在強化美國霸權(quán)的世界秩序的基礎(chǔ)上的,中國的崛起顯然給英國帶來了一個新的環(huán)境,也給英國帶來了一系列的挑戰(zhàn)。倫敦將如何應(yīng)對中國在全球政治中日益大的影響力,美國將如何塑造中英關(guān)系的發(fā)展?本文將從國際關(guān)系理論的視角出發(fā),一方面分析英國對中國的態(tài)度,另一方面分析英國與美國的關(guān)系,考慮到全球治理,安全領(lǐng)域,貿(mào)易和經(jīng)濟(jì)問題等方面。本文首先考察了美英和中英關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)以及它們交叉部分,并討論了英國同時處理兩國關(guān)系的可取性和可行性。
