　　本文論述和分析了普京總統(tǒng)第三任期（2012-2018）內(nèi)的美俄與中俄新型關(guān)系及其內(nèi)在機理。文章主要運用比較分析法對美俄與中俄關(guān)系的差異性進行了分析,并回答它們之間的關(guān)系為何會差異巨大這樣一個問題。本文分析國家間行為的理論基礎(chǔ)是國際關(guān)系理論中的現(xiàn)實主義和自由主義。分析表明,有四個因素造成了美俄關(guān)系的惡化和中俄關(guān)系的親密,這四個因素是俄羅斯外交政策的方向、國家彼此間的政治戰(zhàn)略、共同利益的范圍和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人之間的關(guān)系。烏克蘭危機就是一個特殊的案例。對烏克蘭危機進行案例分析,我們可以看出:一方面,烏克蘭危機深刻影響了俄美關(guān)系;另外一方面,為了解決沖突,美俄也致力于逐步提升雙邊關(guān)系。同時,烏克蘭危機既給中俄的合作提供了動力,也對中俄關(guān)系的進一步發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了一些挑戰(zhàn)�？傊�,本文研究的時間段對于國際關(guān)系理論研究者來說意義特殊,因為它很好地說明了三個大國關(guān)系的重大轉(zhuǎn)變。這種轉(zhuǎn)變表明,國家行為者之間建立新型關(guān)系是不可避免的。因此,俄羅斯、中國和美國之間的互動仍然是一個值得進一步研究的重要問題。
