本文以上海合作組織框架下的中華人民共和國與哈薩克斯坦共和國的貿(mào)易關(guān)系為研究對象,旨在促進兩國可持續(xù)發(fā)展。上合組織是旨在促進平等互利合作的有力平臺,哈方認(rèn)為上合組織是維護歐亞大陸區(qū)域安全與穩(wěn)定的保障。在上合組織框架內(nèi),中哈雙邊和多邊合作,在經(jīng)貿(mào)、安全、文化等領(lǐng)域取得豐碩成果。本文將在上合組織合作框架下,分析兩國貿(mào)易關(guān)系的發(fā)展階段、中哈經(jīng)濟形勢,研究哈中經(jīng)濟關(guān)系發(fā)展中存在的問題和前景。本文采用的研究方法有歷史法、演繹法、圖形分析法、系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)法以及實證研究法。在研究過程中發(fā)現(xiàn),許多不利因素使哈薩克斯坦和中國的經(jīng)濟合作變得復(fù)雜。在雙邊貿(mào)易領(lǐng)域,哈中貿(mào)易聯(lián)系是不穩(wěn)定:哈中在貿(mào)易和經(jīng)濟合作中普遍存對合作伙伴經(jīng)濟發(fā)展缺乏了解,信息互通與咨詢服務(wù)發(fā)展不足等問題。在跨境貿(mào)易領(lǐng)域,正在進行現(xiàn)代化,這導(dǎo)致哈薩克斯坦的進口增加,進口商品的種類逐漸豐富,這將有助于實現(xiàn)中哈之間的貿(mào)易平衡。
