世界上90%以上的貿(mào)易都是通過海洋進行的。這只是重大發(fā)現(xiàn)的部分后果,這些重大發(fā)現(xiàn)標志著16世紀以來全球化的真正開端。各種各樣的貨物在很長一段時間內(nèi)激起了那些被稱為“海上強盜”或“海盜”的人的胃口。由于這一問題的發(fā)生,幾內(nèi)亞灣海域的海洋區(qū)域正處于十字路口,該區(qū)域的人們每天都在考慮關(guān)于海盜和海上犯罪問題的許多問題。這篇論文是為了更好地了解已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)海盜問題的海洋地區(qū)、港口和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的生活現(xiàn)狀。對形勢的回顧表明,襲擊、襲擊和搶劫正在上升和蔓延。這種情況不會讓那些從來沒有反應(yīng)過的機構(gòu)漠不關(guān)心。
