【摘要】：地理畫像是一種新穎的刑事偵查輔助手段和方法,它不僅可以運(yùn)用于某些系列案件的偵破,而且還可以應(yīng)用于某些殺人碎尸案件的偵破中。殺人碎尸案件通常由一個(gè)分尸現(xiàn)場和多個(gè)拋尸現(xiàn)場構(gòu)成,并且具有空間上的分離性和地域上的關(guān)聯(lián)性。運(yùn)用地理畫像方法偵破殺人碎尸案件,可以通過對各個(gè)拋尸現(xiàn)場在空間上所形成的結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析,推斷殺人分尸現(xiàn)場最有可能所在的空間位置,為偵查人員指明排查嫌疑的地域范圍。
[Abstract]:Geographical portrait is a novel auxiliary means and method of criminal investigation, which can be used not only in the detection of some series of cases, but also in the detection of some cases of broken corpses. The case is usually composed of one body separation site and multiple body disposal sites, and has spatial separation and geographical correlation. By using the method of geographical portrait to detect the cases of broken corpses, the structural relationship formed in the space of each dump site can be analyzed, and it can be inferred that the most likely space location of the body separation site is, so as to point out the area within which the investigators are suspected of investigation.
