【摘要】：當(dāng)前,我國腐敗問題在一定范圍內(nèi)還十分嚴(yán)重,而要有效治理這一頑疾,必須針對(duì)存在的問題和原因,制定和采取新的舉措,進(jìn)行制度創(chuàng)新。警示訓(xùn)誡防線的提出和實(shí)踐,正是防腐、治腐的一種理念與制度的創(chuàng)新。本文擬從心理學(xué)角度論證腐敗行為產(chǎn)生的心理原因,揭示警示訓(xùn)誡防線對(duì)腐敗行為的內(nèi)在制約功能,進(jìn)而探討警示訓(xùn)誡防線對(duì)防控職務(wù)犯罪的作用及意義。
[Abstract]:At present, the problem of corruption in our country is still very serious in a certain range, and in order to effectively control this persistent disease, we must formulate and take new measures to carry out institutional innovation in view of the existing problems and causes. The proposal and practice of warning and admonishing line of defense is a kind of idea and system innovation of anticorrosion and corruption control. This paper intends to demonstrate the psychological causes of corruption behavior from the psychological point of view, reveal the internal restriction function of warning and admonition line on corruption behavior, and then explore the function and significance of warning and admonition line on the prevention and control of duty crimes.
