【摘要】：“網(wǎng)上追逃”是指在追緝逃犯工作中 ,刑偵、治安、戶政、交警等諸警種合成作戰(zhàn) ,以計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信技術(shù)及其《在逃人員信息系統(tǒng)》為查詢比對(duì)工具 ,對(duì)所在地的異地人員和當(dāng)?shù)氐钠渌藛T進(jìn)行“身份認(rèn)證” ,與《在逃人員信息系統(tǒng)》上的逃犯名單比對(duì)核查 ,進(jìn)而采取措施予以捕捉的工作方式。其特點(diǎn)是能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)逃犯資料共享、條件組合查詢、快速檢索比對(duì)�！熬W(wǎng)上追逃”必須以做好軟、硬件方面的準(zhǔn)備 ,準(zhǔn)確把握“逃犯”的概念 ,提高人的運(yùn)用本領(lǐng)為前提 ;以深入分析逃犯心理個(gè)性特征 ,有針對(duì)性地運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)術(shù)為成功的保證 ;以嚴(yán)格的保密制度為保障。
[Abstract]:"online flight" means that in the pursuit of fugitives, criminal investigation, public security, household administration, traffic police and other kinds of police operations, using computer network communication technology and its "Information system for escaped personnel" as a query and comparison tool, to carry out "identity authentication" of local personnel and other local personnel, and to compare and verify the list of fugitives on the "Information system for escaped Persons". And then take measures to capture the way in which it works. Its characteristics are that it can realize the data sharing of fugitives, conditional combination query and fast retrieval and comparison.
