應用數字X線攝影測量上肢長骨推算身高

【摘要】:【研究背景及目的】應用長骨推算身高是法醫(yī)學臨案實踐中個人識別常用的方法之一,也一直是法醫(yī)學家和人類學家研究的熱點之一。隨著人類營養(yǎng)狀況與生活環(huán)境的改善,人類身高已發(fā)生了很大的變化,仍沿用過去的推算身高的方程已經遠遠不能滿足目前法醫(yī)學鑒定實踐的需要,因此有必要對長骨推算身高進行修正或建立新的適合當代人群的身高推算方程。但是要建立準確推算身高的方程,必須有符合研究條件的大樣本。而以往的研究樣本多為尸骨,常來自于多年收集積累或大規(guī)模戰(zhàn)爭、災難,這樣的樣本獲取很難,此外,即便獲取了這樣的樣本,,也很難保證其具有準確的生前身高記錄,因此要獲取準確身高的唯一方法就是直接測量活體,而現代放射學與法醫(yī)學的結合使得測量活體骨骼參數成為可能。本研究采用低劑量數字X線(low-does digital radiographic device,LDRD)對活體上肢長骨進行測量,并規(guī)范測量身高,以期建立符合當代四川漢族人群的長骨推算身高的回歸方程,為法醫(yī)學實踐提供理論依據。 【方法】對364例四川漢族正常人進行身高測量以及上肢的數字X線檢查,選取上肢各長骨不同標志點,測量標志點之間的長度,用SPSS統(tǒng)計軟件對各測量值與身高進行相關回歸分析,并對各回歸方程進行檢驗和評估。
[Abstract]:[background and objective] using long bone to calculate height is one of the commonly used methods of personal identification in forensic practice, and it has always been one of the hotspots of forensic and anthropologic research. With the improvement of human nutritional status and living environment, great changes have taken place in human height, and the equation of calculating height in the past is far from meeting the needs of the current forensic identification practice. Therefore, it is necessary to revise the height calculated by long bone or establish a new height calculation equation suitable for the contemporary population. However, in order to establish an accurate equation for calculating height, there must be large samples that meet the research conditions. However, most of the previous research samples are bones, often from many years of collection and accumulation or large-scale war, disaster, such samples are difficult to obtain, in addition, it is difficult to obtain such samples, it is difficult to ensure that they have accurate height records, so the only way to obtain accurate height is to measure living bodies directly, and the combination of modern radiology and forensic science makes it possible to measure living bone parameters. In this study, low dose digital X-ray (low-does digital radiographic device,LDRD) was used to measure the long bone of upper limb in vivo, and to standardize the measurement of height, in order to establish a regression equation for calculating the height of long bone in accordance with the contemporary Sichuan Han population, and to provide a theoretical basis for forensic practice. [methods] height measurement and digital X-ray examination of upper limbs were carried out in 364cases of Sichuan Han nationality. Different markers of each long bone were selected and the length between the markers was measured. The correlation regression analysis between the measured values and height was carried out by SPSS statistical software, and the regression equations were tested and evaluated.
