【摘要】：城市農(nóng)民工的犯罪時間有諸多特定性。農(nóng)民工進城工作的次數(shù)越多,犯罪的比例就越低。農(nóng)民工第一次犯罪的時間與進城時間長短成反比,進城時間越短則犯罪比例越高。農(nóng)民工的犯罪主要集中在晚上和凌晨,這與其盜竊及搶劫犯罪較為突出有密切的關系。農(nóng)民工的犯罪還具有明顯的季節(jié)性, 春節(jié)后返城與“大秋”前返鄉(xiāng)期間呈較高狀態(tài)。農(nóng)民工對犯罪時間的選擇一般較注重犯罪的機會,而城市居民的犯罪則更注重犯罪的收益。
[Abstract]:The crime time of urban migrant workers has many specific characteristics. The more migrant workers work in the city, the lower the proportion of crimes. The time of the first crime of migrant workers is inversely proportional to the length of time in the city, and the shorter the time in the city, the higher the proportion of the crime. The crime of migrant workers is mainly concentrated at night and early morning, which is closely related to the crime of theft and robbery. The crime of migrant workers is also of obvious seasonality, and the return of the city after the Spring Festival is relatively high compared with that before the``Great Autumn'' . The choice of the time of crime by migrant workers is generally more focused on the opportunity of crime, while the crime of urban residents is more focused on the proceeds of crime.
