血中酒精濃度的回推算研究

【摘要】:目的研究血中酒精濃度值(BAC值)的推算關(guān)系。方法對327位自愿受試者飲酒后測定其血中酒精時(shí)濃曲線進(jìn)行分析,計(jì)算血中酒精清除率。結(jié)果血中酒精消除呈線性,327例血液中酒精消除線性相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.985±0.019,最小絕對值為0.98,最大絕對值1.000,消除斜率絕對值平均為(0.136±0.037)mg/mL/h,最小絕對值為0.075mg/mL/h,最大絕對值0.266mg/mL/h。結(jié)論血液中酒精濃度的推算可根據(jù)線性消除關(guān)系回推,血液中酒精濃度按照每小時(shí)下降0.10mg進(jìn)行回推算。
