【摘要】：偵檢一體模式的核心是確立檢察官在偵查階段的主導(dǎo)地位,并增強(qiáng)檢察機(jī)關(guān)對(duì)偵查程序的監(jiān)控力度,偵檢一體化改革密切了偵查機(jī)關(guān)和檢察機(jī)關(guān)之間的關(guān)系,確定了檢察官對(duì)于刑事警察的優(yōu)勢(shì)與權(quán)威地位,具有內(nèi)在的合理性與外在的可行性,是我國(guó)刑事訴訟發(fā)展的內(nèi)在要求與必然趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:The core of the mode of integration of investigation and inspection is to establish the leading position of prosecutors in the investigation stage, and to strengthen the supervision of investigation procedures by procuratorial organs. The reform of the integration of investigation and inspection has closely related the relationship between investigation organs and procuratorial organs. It is the inherent requirement and inevitable trend of the development of criminal procedure in our country to determine the superiority and authority position of the procurator to the criminal police, which has the inherent rationality and the external feasibility.
