【摘要】：網(wǎng)上偵查是偵查人員利用計(jì)算機(jī)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)進(jìn)行網(wǎng)上查詢、獲取犯罪信息的方法。能存儲大量犯罪信息的CCIC系統(tǒng)、多媒體信息通訊網(wǎng)、上網(wǎng)人數(shù)的廣泛都是開展網(wǎng)上偵查工作的基礎(chǔ)條件。網(wǎng)上偵查包括網(wǎng)上發(fā)動群眾、分析案情、并案分析、追逃等。當(dāng)然 ,網(wǎng)上追逃對CCIC系統(tǒng)、廣泛利用知識資源、偵查人員素質(zhì)方面有較高的要求
[Abstract]:Online investigation is a method for investigators to use computer Internet to query and obtain criminal information. The CCIC system, the multimedia information communication network and the wide number of Internet users are the basic conditions for the development of online investigation. Online investigation includes mobilizing the masses on the Internet, analyzing the case, chasing flight and so on. Of course, online flight has higher requirements for CCIC system, extensive use of knowledge resources and the quality of investigators.
