【摘要】：保險(xiǎn)詐騙是保險(xiǎn)業(yè)中經(jīng)常碰到的情況。保險(xiǎn)詐騙分廣義的保險(xiǎn)欺詐和狹義的保險(xiǎn)欺詐。本文著重對(duì)狹義的保險(xiǎn)欺詐的犯罪手段及特點(diǎn)作了分析 ,提出了預(yù)防、懲治保險(xiǎn)詐騙犯罪的對(duì)策 ,即 :加強(qiáng)對(duì)保險(xiǎn)欺詐犯罪的法制宣傳 ;認(rèn)真核實(shí)保險(xiǎn)標(biāo)的資料 ;嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行理賠程序 ;建立保險(xiǎn)稽查制度 ,強(qiáng)化內(nèi)部監(jiān)管 ;建立舉報(bào)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)制度 ;樹立嚴(yán)懲保險(xiǎn)違法犯罪的觀念等。
[Abstract]:Insurance fraud is a common situation in the insurance industry. Insurance fraud can be divided into insurance fraud in a broad sense and insurance fraud in a narrow sense. This paper focuses on the analysis of the criminal means and characteristics of insurance fraud in a narrow sense, and puts forward some countermeasures to prevent and punish the crime of insurance fraud, that is, to strengthen the legal propaganda of the crime of insurance fraud, to seriously verify the information of the subject matter insured, and to verify the information of the subject matter of insurance. Strictly carry out the claim settlement procedure, establish the insurance inspection system, strengthen the internal supervision, establish the report reward system, set up the concept of severely punishing the insurance crime, and so on.
