【摘要】：公安情報系統(tǒng)是以人的智能為主導(dǎo)、以公安信息化為支撐、以信息處理為主要內(nèi)容、以服務(wù)于公安決策為目標(biāo)的綜合性系統(tǒng),其總體框架由三部分構(gòu)成:公安信息綜合平臺,包括通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、信息應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)、運行保障系統(tǒng);公安情報業(yè)務(wù)流程系統(tǒng),包括公安情報收集系統(tǒng)、公安情報分析系統(tǒng)和公安情報服務(wù)系統(tǒng);公安情報組織管理系統(tǒng),包括人才保障系統(tǒng)、組織保障系統(tǒng)、制度保障系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:The public security information system is a comprehensive system dominated by human intelligence, supported by public security informatization, taking information processing as the main content and serving the public security decision-making as the goal. Its overall framework consists of three parts: the public security information integrated platform. Including communication network infrastructure, information application system, operation guarantee system; The public security information business process system, including the public security information collection system, the public security information analysis system and the public security information service system; the public security information organization management system, including the talent guarantee system, the organization guarantee system, the system guarantee system.
