【摘要】：正 聽說中央政法委“嚴打”整治調(diào)查組對河南的“嚴打”整治斗爭給予了很好評價。河南的“嚴打”整治斗爭究竟好在哪里?帶著疑惑,記者來到河南采訪,走訪了四個地市,暗訪了不少以前混亂的市場,感到河南治安形勢確實有了很大的好轉(zhuǎn),人民群眾的安全感普遍增強。之所以出現(xiàn)這種狀況,與河南政法系統(tǒng)貫徹了在“嚴打”中整治、在整治中“嚴打”的理念有關(guān)。
