【摘要】：近年來,網(wǎng)絡(luò)犯罪猛增,危害巨大。與傳統(tǒng)犯罪相比,網(wǎng)絡(luò)犯罪具有智能性、連續(xù)性等顯著特點(diǎn)。網(wǎng)絡(luò)犯罪的發(fā)生既有主觀原因,又有客觀原因,要堅(jiān)持“預(yù)防為主,打防結(jié)合”的方針,采取措施,加以規(guī)治。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the network crime surges sharply, the harm is enormous. Compared with the traditional crime, the network crime has the intelligence, the continuity and so on remarkable characteristic. There are both subjective and objective reasons for the occurrence of network crime.
