【摘要】：公共部門績效評估在當前屬于公共管理的前沿問題。公安機關作為政府重要的公共部門之一,其績效評估自然也屬于學科前沿的重大問題,并且基層實戰(zhàn)部門對其急切需求也已成為不爭的事實。為了提高警察工作數(shù)量與質量的評估水平,在設立警察績效示標時,應事先考慮不同類別的績效示標的基本內涵和相互聯(lián)系,以期為警察績效管理奠定基礎。
[Abstract]:Public sector performance evaluation is a frontier issue of public management at present. As one of the important public departments of the government, the performance evaluation of the public security organs naturally belongs to the major problems in the front of the discipline, and the urgent need of the grass-roots departments has become an indisputable fact. In order to improve the evaluation level of the quantity and quality of police work, the basic connotation and interrelation of different types of performance indicator should be considered in order to lay a foundation for police performance management.
