【摘要】：公共部門績(jī)效評(píng)估在當(dāng)前屬于公共管理的前沿問題。公安機(jī)關(guān)作為政府重要的公共部門之一,其績(jī)效評(píng)估自然也屬于學(xué)科前沿的重大問題,并且基層實(shí)戰(zhàn)部門對(duì)其急切需求也已成為不爭(zhēng)的事實(shí)。為了提高警察工作數(shù)量與質(zhì)量的評(píng)估水平,在設(shè)立警察績(jī)效示標(biāo)時(shí),應(yīng)事先考慮不同類別的績(jī)效示標(biāo)的基本內(nèi)涵和相互聯(lián)系,以期為警察績(jī)效管理奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Public sector performance evaluation is a frontier issue of public management at present. As one of the important public departments of the government, the performance evaluation of the public security organs naturally belongs to the major problems in the front of the discipline, and the urgent need of the grass-roots departments has become an indisputable fact. In order to improve the evaluation level of the quantity and quality of police work, the basic connotation and interrelation of different types of performance indicator should be considered in order to lay a foundation for police performance management.
