微波萃取-氣相色譜法測定血液中的甲基苯丙胺

【摘要】:建立了人體血液中甲基苯丙胺的微波萃取-氣相色譜測定方法。分別考察了萃取溶劑種類、用量、樣品pH值以及萃取溫度、時間等因素對萃取率的影響,并與液-液萃取法進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果表明,在相同條件下,微波萃取率高于液-液萃取。血液中甲基苯丙胺的最佳提取條件為:調(diào)節(jié)血樣pH為13,以乙酸乙酯為萃取溶劑,于30℃下微波提取8min。在此條件下平均萃取率達(dá)到81.4%,相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為6.4%(n=5)。提取液經(jīng)氣相色譜-氫火焰離子化檢測器檢測,甲基苯丙胺和基體之間得到了很好的分離,對血液中甲基苯丙胺的最低檢測限為220μg/L。該方法是一種快速、準(zhǔn)確、靈敏的測定血液中甲基苯丙胺的方法。
[Abstract]:A method for determination of methamphetamine in human blood by microwave extraction and gas chromatography was established. The effects of solvent type, amount of solvent, sample pH value, extraction temperature and time on the extraction rate were investigated and compared with the liquid-liquid extraction method. The results show that the microwave extraction rate is higher than that of liquid-liquid extraction under the same conditions.
