【摘要】：公安機關(guān)是我國人民民主專政的重要工具,是武裝性質(zhì)的國家治安行政力量和刑事司法力量,擔(dān)負著鞏固共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政地位、維護國家長治久安、保障人民安居樂業(yè)的三大政治和社會責(zé)任,是實施依法治國的基本保障。為此,各級公安機關(guān)必須全面、準(zhǔn)確理解社會主義法治理念的本質(zhì)要求與深刻內(nèi)涵,牢固確立社會主義法治理念,自覺堅持并運用法治理念指導(dǎo)公安工作,努力推進我國公安機關(guān)的法治建設(shè),充分發(fā)揮其在建設(shè)“法治國家”中的重要作用。
[Abstract]:The public security organ is an important tool of the people's democratic dictatorship in our country, an armed national security administrative force and a criminal judicial force, charged with consolidating the ruling position of the Communist Party and maintaining the long-term peace and stability of the country. The three major political and social responsibilities to ensure the people living and working in peace and contentment are the basic guarantee of administering the country according to law. Therefore, public security organs at all levels must comprehensively and accurately understand the essential requirements and profound connotations of the concept of socialist rule of law, firmly establish the concept of socialist rule of law, consciously adhere to and apply the concept of rule of law to guide public security work. We should make great efforts to promote the rule of law construction of public security organs in our country and give full play to its important role in building a country ruled by law.
