【摘要】：公安機(jī)關(guān)是我國(guó)人民民主專政的重要工具,是武裝性質(zhì)的國(guó)家治安行政力量和刑事司法力量,擔(dān)負(fù)著鞏固共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政地位、維護(hù)國(guó)家長(zhǎng)治久安、保障人民安居樂業(yè)的三大政治和社會(huì)責(zé)任,是實(shí)施依法治國(guó)的基本保障。為此,各級(jí)公安機(jī)關(guān)必須全面、準(zhǔn)確理解社會(huì)主義法治理念的本質(zhì)要求與深刻內(nèi)涵,牢固確立社會(huì)主義法治理念,自覺堅(jiān)持并運(yùn)用法治理念指導(dǎo)公安工作,努力推進(jìn)我國(guó)公安機(jī)關(guān)的法治建設(shè),充分發(fā)揮其在建設(shè)“法治國(guó)家”中的重要作用。
[Abstract]:The public security organ is an important tool of the people's democratic dictatorship in our country, an armed national security administrative force and a criminal judicial force, charged with consolidating the ruling position of the Communist Party and maintaining the long-term peace and stability of the country. The three major political and social responsibilities to ensure the people living and working in peace and contentment are the basic guarantee of administering the country according to law. Therefore, public security organs at all levels must comprehensively and accurately understand the essential requirements and profound connotations of the concept of socialist rule of law, firmly establish the concept of socialist rule of law, consciously adhere to and apply the concept of rule of law to guide public security work. We should make great efforts to promote the rule of law construction of public security organs in our country and give full play to its important role in building a country ruled by law.
