【摘要】：改革開放以來，由于我國社會結(jié)構(gòu)的變動，社會中存在著許多問題，，引發(fā)了許多群體性事件。群體性事件發(fā)生的數(shù)量越來越多、規(guī)模越來越大，對社會的穩(wěn)定構(gòu)成了威脅，對和諧社會的建設(shè)造成了負(fù)面影響。穩(wěn)定是發(fā)展的前提，群體性事件的發(fā)生導(dǎo)致社會的不穩(wěn)定，穩(wěn)定的環(huán)境是和諧社會建設(shè)的條件，黨的十八大提出要繼續(xù)促進(jìn)人類和平與發(fā)展的崇高事業(yè)，有效地防治群體性事件就成為和諧社會建設(shè)的必然要求，在和諧社會建設(shè)下對群體性事件的防治研究是非常必要的。 本文立足于和平與發(fā)展是當(dāng)代的主題、我國在進(jìn)行和諧社會建設(shè)的背景下，結(jié)合群體性事件與和諧社會相關(guān)理論，從我國和諧社會建設(shè)與群體性事件的關(guān)系入手，運用文獻(xiàn)綜述并結(jié)合我國的方針、政策,國內(nèi)外分析原因的理論、分析防治群體性事件的理論、加強(qiáng)思想政治教育的理論對和諧社會建設(shè)下群體性事件防治進(jìn)行了研究。本文通過提出群體性事件是和諧社會建設(shè)的主要問題之一,然后對近年來群體性事件的新特點以及導(dǎo)致群體性事件發(fā)生的原因進(jìn)行分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上從國家層面,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部層面以及公眾層面提出防治群體性事件的措施，本文研究的目的在于要促進(jìn)社會更加和諧，使人們的生活更加的殷實和幸福。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, because of the change of social structure in China, there are many problems in the society, which lead to a lot of group events. The number and scale of mass events are more and more, which threaten the stability of the society and have a negative impact on the construction of a harmonious society. Stability is the prerequisite for development, the occurrence of mass incidents leads to social instability, and a stable environment is the condition for building a harmonious society. The 18th National Congress of the Party put forward the lofty cause of continuing to promote peace and development of mankind. It is necessary to prevent and control group events effectively in the construction of a harmonious society, and it is very necessary to study the prevention and control of group events under the construction of a harmonious society. This article is based on the peace and development is the contemporary theme, our country carries on the harmonious society construction background, unifies the group event and the harmonious society correlation theory, starts from our country harmonious society construction and the group incident relations. This paper studies the prevention and treatment of mass events under the construction of harmonious society by means of literature review and combined with the principles and policies of our country, the theory of cause analysis at home and abroad, the theory of prevention and control of mass events, and the theory of strengthening ideological and political education. This paper points out that group event is one of the main problems in the construction of a harmonious society, and then analyzes the new characteristics of group events in recent years and the causes leading to group events, on the basis of which, from the national level, The purpose of this paper is to promote social harmony and make people's life more substantial and happy.
