【摘要】：正 上海租界的警務(wù)統(tǒng)計與工部局同齡,都源于1845年(清道光二十五年)的土地章程。該章程規(guī)定,英租界設(shè)立之初可雇用數(shù)名華人為更夫,以鳴警打更報時。1848年(清道光二十八年)英租界擴(kuò)充,更夫增加到20人,并設(shè)有更長2人。到了1854年7月11日(清咸豐四年六月十七日)后,成立了工部局;通過了工部局組織巡捕的提案,這便是上海租界警務(wù)工作的源頭和警務(wù)統(tǒng)計的發(fā)端。
[Abstract]:The Bureau of Police Statistics and Industry at the same age in Shanghai concession originated from the land charter of 1845 (Qing Daoguang 25 years). The charter provides that at the beginning of the British concession, several Chinese may be employed as watchmen to alert the police. In 1848 (Qing Dao Kwong 28), the British concession was expanded to 20 officers and 2 longer. On July 11, 1854 (Qing Xianfeng, June 17, 2004), the Ministry of Industry Bureau was established, and the proposal of the Ministry of Industry Bureau to organize police patrol was adopted, which is the source of Shanghai concession police work and the beginning of police statistics.
