【摘要】： 女性作為犯罪人群中的少數(shù)，一直沒有得到各國(guó)學(xué)術(shù)界研究的重視，但是隨著時(shí)代的更替和社會(huì)的發(fā)展，女性犯罪日益突出，，特別是女性犯罪的增長(zhǎng)率和增長(zhǎng)速度都遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)高于同時(shí)期的男性犯罪。而我國(guó)在改革開放后的二十幾年中，社會(huì)政治經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展很快、進(jìn)步很大，女性也逐步成為社會(huì)發(fā)展的重要力量，開始走出家庭，越來越多的參與到社會(huì)工作中。中國(guó)女性犯罪的爆發(fā)和突現(xiàn)也隨之而來，但相應(yīng)的研究卻沒有跟上，同時(shí)在女性犯罪的研究方法上大多是采取思辨，缺少實(shí)證調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)作為立論基礎(chǔ)。 針對(duì)女性犯罪調(diào)查研究的現(xiàn)狀，筆者通過問卷調(diào)查和個(gè)案訪談的方式，作了一份針對(duì)甘肅省女性犯罪的調(diào)查。調(diào)查對(duì)象是甘肅省女子監(jiān)獄中在押的所有女性犯罪人，發(fā)出問卷1468份，回收問卷1446份。調(diào)查甘肅省女性犯罪人的個(gè)人情況、犯罪事實(shí)情況以及女性受到的客觀影響等等多方面，并將所有得到的數(shù)據(jù)資料輸入電腦，通過專業(yè)的SPSS軟件13.0版本作數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)，希望可以依據(jù)現(xiàn)實(shí)的數(shù)據(jù)，探討甘肅省女性犯罪人的一些問題和規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:As a minority of the criminal population, women have not been paid attention to by the academic circles of all countries, but with the change of the times and the development of the society, the female crime has become increasingly prominent. In particular, the growth rate and growth rate of female crime is much higher than that of male crime in the same period. In the past twenty years after the reform and opening up, the social political economy has developed rapidly and made great progress, and women have gradually become an important force in social development, and have begun to go out of the family and participate in social work more and more. The outbreak and emergence of female crime in China also followed, but the corresponding research has not kept up with it. At the same time, most of the research methods of female crime are speculative, and lack of empirical investigation data as the basis of argument. In view of the present situation of investigation and research on female crime, the author made a survey on female crime in Gansu province by means of questionnaire and case interview. The subjects were all female offenders in Gansu women's prison. 1468 questionnaires were sent out and 1446 questionnaires were collected. To investigate the personal situation of female offenders in Gansu Province, the fact of crime and the objective influence on women, etc., and input all the obtained data into the computer and make data statistics through the 13.0 version of professional SPSS software. It is hoped that some problems and laws of female offenders in Gansu Province can be discussed according to the actual data.
