【摘要】：改革開放以來(lái),我國(guó)社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型的速度、深度、廣度進(jìn)一步加劇。社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型在優(yōu)化社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu),增強(qiáng)社會(huì)活力,促進(jìn)社會(huì)加速發(fā)展的同時(shí),由于受社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)雙重性和社會(huì)變遷的異步性影響,社會(huì)控制出現(xiàn)不同程度的弱化,大量社會(huì)問題隨之而生。其中,大學(xué)生違法犯罪問題就是社會(huì)犯罪問題鏈上的一環(huán)。近年來(lái),專家學(xué)者對(duì)社會(huì)犯罪中的青少年犯罪問題研究較多,而對(duì)一個(gè)重要的社會(huì)群體——大學(xué)生的違法犯罪問題,不論在理論上,還是在實(shí)踐方面,則相對(duì)缺乏研究。本文將從社會(huì)學(xué)的視角入手,綜合運(yùn)用社會(huì)學(xué)、犯罪學(xué)、社會(huì)心理學(xué)、管理學(xué)等相關(guān)學(xué)科的理論,思辯方法和實(shí)證方法相結(jié)合,主要以實(shí)證方法為主,分析我國(guó)社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型的特點(diǎn)及其對(duì)大學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)的影響,研究大學(xué)生違法犯罪的現(xiàn)狀、特點(diǎn)和成因,探索社會(huì)控制的有效途徑。只要我們堅(jiān)持以人為本,全面落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀,加強(qiáng)社會(huì)控制,大學(xué)生違法犯罪問題就一定能得到有效地遏制。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the speed, depth and breadth of social transformation in China have further intensified. Social transformation not only optimizes social structure, strengthens social vitality and accelerates social development, but also weakens social control due to the influence of duality of social structure and asynchronous nature of social changes. A large number of social problems followed. Among them, the university student illegal crime problem is a link on the social crime problem chain. In recent years, experts and scholars have studied the problem of juvenile delinquency in social crime more than others. However, there is a relative lack of research on the problem of delinquency among college students, which is an important social group, both in theory and in practice. This article will start from the sociology angle, synthetically uses the sociology, the criminology, the social psychology, the management science and so on related discipline theory, the ponder method and the demonstration method unifies, mainly by the empirical method, This paper analyzes the characteristics of social transformation and its influence on the growth of college students, studies the current situation, characteristics and causes of college students' crime, and explores the effective ways of social control. As long as we insist on people-oriented, comprehensively implement the scientific development concept and strengthen social control, the problem of university students' crime will be effectively contained.
