【摘要】：本文分析了戶(hù)籍制度保護(hù)二元?jiǎng)趧?dòng)力市場(chǎng)的前提條件 ,通過(guò)實(shí)證研究論證了工業(yè)化乏力和勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)素質(zhì)門(mén)檻是限制農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力進(jìn)城就業(yè)的根本原因�；谌丝诹鲃�(dòng)行為的分析 ,闡明了戶(hù)籍制度改革可能使部分率先富裕起來(lái)的農(nóng)民入住集鎮(zhèn)或中小城市 ,但并不能根本改變民工在城鄉(xiāng)間或城市間的“鐘擺式”流動(dòng)特征 ,難以達(dá)到促進(jìn)城市化從而促進(jìn)就業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)換及擴(kuò)大就業(yè)的目標(biāo) ,最后是政策含義。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the premise of the household registration system to protect the dual labor market, and proves that the weakness of industrialization and the threshold of labor market quality are the fundamental reasons for restricting the rural labor force to enter the city for employment. Based on the analysis of the behavior of population mobility, this paper expounds that the reform of the household registration system may make some peasants who are the first rich to move into market towns or small and medium-sized cities, but it cannot fundamentally change the "pendulum" flow characteristics of migrant workers between urban and rural areas or between cities. It is difficult to achieve the goal of promoting urbanization, thus promoting employment transformation and expanding employment, and finally, policy implications.
