【摘要】：在開放的實驗室內(nèi),觀察勒死家兔尸體上麗蠅的產(chǎn)卵時間、蛆蟲生長規(guī)律、化蛹時間、羽化時間,同時收集氣候因素數(shù)據(jù),進行分析.發(fā)現(xiàn)氣溫在15~20℃時產(chǎn)卵時間為家兔死后48 h,卵孵化時間為3 h,化蛹時間為264 h,羽化時間為720 h;氣溫在20℃以上時產(chǎn)卵時間為家兔死后30 h,孵化時間為2 h,化蛹時間為216 h,羽化時間為456 h.大連地區(qū)家兔尸體上麗蠅生長發(fā)育不同的時間節(jié)點可用于推斷死亡時間.
