林業(yè)瀆職犯罪的特點(diǎn)、成因及預(yù)防

【摘要】:做好林業(yè)瀆職犯罪預(yù)防工作是林業(yè)主管部門的重要職責(zé)。通過對北京市、湖南省、廣東省、云南省等地的重點(diǎn)調(diào)研,總結(jié)了全國林業(yè)瀆職犯罪的基本特點(diǎn)和成因。應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對預(yù)防林業(yè)瀆職犯罪工作的領(lǐng)導(dǎo),健全和完善林業(yè)行政執(zhí)法機(jī)制以及執(zhí)法監(jiān)督機(jī)制,進(jìn)一步理順林業(yè)行政管理體制,加強(qiáng)科學(xué)民主決策,有效預(yù)防林業(yè)瀆職犯罪的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:The prevention of forestry malfeasance crime is an important duty of the forestry department in charge. This paper summarizes the basic characteristics and causes of forestry malfeasance crime in China through the key investigation of Beijing, Hunan, Guangdong and Yunnan provinces. We should strengthen the leadership of the prevention of forestry malfeasance crime, perfect and perfect the forestry administrative law enforcement mechanism and law enforcement supervision mechanism, further straighten out the forestry administrative management system, strengthen scientific and democratic decision-making, and effectively prevent the occurrence of forestry dereliction of duty crime.
