【摘要】：鑒于我國預防和打擊網(wǎng)絡犯罪的實際需要,應積極通過科學設置機構、多渠道加快人才力量建沒以及合理配備先進的網(wǎng)絡犯罪偵查技術裝備等多種途徑加快建設正規(guī)化、現(xiàn)代化的網(wǎng)絡警察部隊。并在此基礎上,針對網(wǎng)絡犯罪的特點,綜合運用多種偵查手段,積極開展偵查,及時發(fā)現(xiàn)和打擊犯罪。
[Abstract]:In view of the actual needs of preventing and combating cybercrime in our country, we should actively speed up the construction of regularization by setting up scientific institutions, speeding up the construction of talents through various channels, and reasonably equipping advanced technical equipment for the investigation of network crimes.
