【摘要】： 本文通過對檢察機關(guān)直接受理案件的管轄范圍、立案、偵查方法、強制措 施的運用以及偵查終結(jié)等相關(guān)問題的探析，結(jié)合工作實踐，對檢察機關(guān)自偵工 作流程作了相應(yīng)的介紹，并對實踐中所遇到的一些困惑和爭議較多的問題進行 了分析。根據(jù)我國現(xiàn)階段的國情，從現(xiàn)行的檢察領(lǐng)導體制和偵查工作機制出 發(fā)，從立法完善的角度提出了個人的一些見解和建議，，希望通過相關(guān)法律法規(guī) 的不斷完善，澄清實際工作中的困惑，減少影響偵查權(quán)順利行使的消極因素， 保證檢察機關(guān)充分運用法律所賦予的權(quán)力，更有效地打擊貪污腐敗行為，為推 動我國反腐敗斗爭的不斷深入、保障國民經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展發(fā)揮更大的作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the jurisdiction, filing, investigation methods, the use of coercive measures and the end of investigation and other related issues, this paper combines the work practice. This paper introduces the process of self-investigation in procuratorial organs and analyzes some puzzles and controversies encountered in practice. According to the current situation of our country, from the current procuratorial leadership system and the investigation work mechanism, and from the angle of legislative perfection, this paper puts forward some personal opinions and suggestions. I hope that through the continuous improvement of relevant laws and regulations, we can clarify the confusion in practical work and reduce the negative factors that affect the smooth exercise of the investigative power. To ensure that procuratorial organs make full use of the powers conferred by the law, combat corruption more effectively, and promote the continuous deepening of the anti-corruption struggle in China. We will play a greater role in ensuring national economic and social development.
