【摘要】：腦電位檢測作為當(dāng)今腦科學(xué)研究應(yīng)用于刑事證據(jù)偵查中最先進(jìn)的手段,已逐漸被科技發(fā)達(dá)國家的警察等重要部門所采用,而且從國際上的發(fā)展來看也預(yù)示著它是公安心理測試發(fā)展的必然趨勢。腦電位檢測是基于大腦的信息認(rèn)知處理過程,所檢測的是相關(guān)信息是否存儲于大腦,無論被試說假話或真話,所檢測的結(jié)果都是一樣的,與說不說謊沒有關(guān)系,其結(jié)果具有和DNA、指紋一樣的生物學(xué)特征,能將特定的與案件相關(guān)的腦電位特征性的證據(jù)和特定作案人聯(lián)系起來。腦電位檢測在犯罪偵查中比公安機關(guān)現(xiàn)行的心理測試技術(shù)要具有更多的優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:As the most advanced means of brain science research in criminal evidence investigation, brain potential detection has been gradually adopted by the police and other important departments in the developed countries of science and technology. And from the international development, it also indicates that it is the inevitable trend of the development of psychological testing of public security. Brain potential detection is based on the cognitive processing of information in the brain. Whether or not the relevant information is stored in the brain, the results are the same, regardless of whether the subjects tell lies or not, regardless of whether they lie or not. The results have the same biological characteristics as DNA, fingerprints and can link specific evidences of brain potential characteristics related to the case to specific perpetrators. Brain potential detection has more advantages than the present psychological testing techniques in criminal investigation.
