【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)對(duì)犯罪行為的認(rèn)識(shí)方法是建立一系列的模型 ,而這些模型又是建立在理性人假設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)之上的。經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)對(duì)犯罪行為的認(rèn)識(shí)有三種詮釋模型 :GaryS .Becker詮釋模型、Ehrlich詮釋模型、Sah詮釋模型。為了說(shuō)明各種不同的犯罪行為 ,經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)需要不斷擴(kuò)充或修改其模型。在開(kāi)放的市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下 ,人類(lèi)行為目的的經(jīng)濟(jì)性越來(lái)越凸現(xiàn) ,經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)提供了一種基本的框架 ,有助于提高我們對(duì)人類(lèi)犯罪行為的深入、全面了解。
[Abstract]:The method of understanding criminal behavior in economics is to establish a series of models, which are based on the hypothesis of rational people. There are three kinds of hermeneutic models in economics: GaryS. Becker model, Ehrlich model and Sah model. In order to illustrate different criminal behaviors, economics needs to expand or modify its models. Under the condition of open market economy, the economy of human behavior is becoming more and more prominent. Economics provides a basic framework, which is helpful to improve our understanding of human criminal behavior in depth and in an all-round way.
