吸毒者的自我控制能力研究

【摘要】： 毒品問題是影響社會穩(wěn)定的焦點問題。因吸毒導致的犯罪、疾病等社會問題已嚴重影響了人類的正常生活。單純依靠傳統(tǒng)的藥物脫癮或進行一般的思想教育、世界觀教育是難以奏效的。所以,從心理學角度探索吸毒者的心理狀態(tài)和心理特征,分析導致其吸毒因素,才能更有效地作出社會整合策略,提高戒毒工作的時效性。 目前對吸毒者個體的自我控制能力特點尚未進行詳細的、系統(tǒng)的評估,尤其是吸毒者成癮程度與自我控制能力的關(guān)系尚未見探討;少有吸毒者個體的認知特點以及情緒特點的實驗證據(jù)。 本研究從自我控制能力及其相關(guān)的心理機制出發(fā),對吸毒者的一般行為特征及其心理機制進行了探索性的研究。首先,運用問卷調(diào)查評估吸毒者的自我控制能力的水平,考察吸毒者成癮程度與自我控制能力之間的關(guān)系;其次,運用實驗法考察吸毒者在自我控制過程中認知—情感的特點。 綜合本研究的結(jié)果,得出以下結(jié)論: (1)編制的吸毒者自我控制能力問卷具有良好的心理測量學指標,可以作為考察吸毒者自我控制能力水平的測量工具。 (2)吸毒者的自我控制能力較低,在行為,思維,情緒的自我控制方面均表現(xiàn)較差。 (3)吸毒者的自我控制水平與其吸毒行為的發(fā)生顯著相關(guān),吸毒者的自控水平隨著吸毒成癮程度的加深而下降。 (4)吸毒者看到毒品幻燈片后,情緒系統(tǒng)開始占據(jù)支配地位,熱系統(tǒng)啟動,導致延遲滿足水平下降,自我控制能力降低。 (5)由于指導語的不同,吸毒者的認知隨之發(fā)生改變,進而導致其等待時間不同。聽到“最后是些毒品圖片”指導語的吸毒者的延遲滿足時間較其他人短。
[Abstract]:The drug problem is the focus of social stability. Social problems such as crime and disease caused by drug use have seriously affected the normal life of human beings. Simply relying on traditional drug addiction or general ideological education, worldview education is not effective. Therefore, only by exploring the psychological state and psychological characteristics of drug addicts from the psychological point of view, and analyzing the factors leading to drug abuse, can the strategies of social integration be made more effectively and the timeliness of drug abstinence work be improved. At present, the characteristics of individual self-control ability of drug users have not been evaluated in detail and systematically, especially the relationship between the degree of drug addiction and self-control ability has not been explored. There is little experimental evidence of cognitive and emotional characteristics of drug addicts. In this study, the general behavioral characteristics and psychological mechanisms of drug addicts were studied from the perspective of self-control ability and related psychological mechanisms. First, the level of self-control ability of drug users was assessed by questionnaire, and the relationship between addiction degree and self-control ability was investigated. Secondly, the cognitive and emotional characteristics of drug users in the process of self-control were investigated by experimental method. Based on the results of this study, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) the self-control ability questionnaire for drug users has a good psychometric index. It can be used to measure the level of drug users' self-control ability. (2) Drug users' self-control ability is lower, in behavior, thinking, (3) the level of self-control of drug users was significantly related to the occurrence of drug abuse behavior. The level of self-control of drug users decreased with the deepening of drug addiction. (4) when drug addicts saw the drug slides, the emotional system began to occupy the dominant position, and the thermal system started, which led to a decrease in the level of delayed satisfaction. (5) because of the different guidance language, the cognition of drug addicts changes, which leads to different waiting time. Drug users who heard the last drug-picture guide had a shorter delay in gratification than others.
