【摘要】： 以往的研究大多是在人格的各個(gè)特質(zhì)上去尋找犯罪的主觀原因,在犯罪預(yù)防方面也幾乎如此,不重視人格的整體預(yù)防。本人認(rèn)為,犯罪原因的分析、犯罪的主觀預(yù)防、罪犯的矯治都應(yīng)以人格為出發(fā)點(diǎn),這樣既科學(xué)又有事半功倍的功效。遂深入學(xué)習(xí)各種人格理論,夯實(shí)研究基礎(chǔ),參閱了大量圖書(shū)資料,結(jié)合自己多年的實(shí)踐工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),終成此文。 本文首先從人格的結(jié)構(gòu)和人格的總體特性上探討了人格與犯罪的關(guān)系,在總結(jié)前人理論的基礎(chǔ)上,創(chuàng)造性地提出了人格的八種特性,分別闡述了這八種特性與犯罪的關(guān)系;在人格與犯罪預(yù)防方面,筆者以青少年為重點(diǎn)提出了兩點(diǎn)主張,一是人格保護(hù)和培養(yǎng)性預(yù)防,二是治療矯治性預(yù)防;并就當(dāng)前罪犯人格矯治方面亟待解決的四個(gè)問(wèn)題提出了自己的觀點(diǎn)和建議。
[Abstract]:Previous studies mostly look for the subjective reasons of crime on the various characteristics of personality, and almost the same in crime prevention, do not attach importance to the overall prevention of personality. In my opinion, the analysis of the causes of crime, the subjective prevention of crime and the correction of criminals should take personality as the starting point, which is both scientific and effective with half the effort. Therefore, we deeply study various personality theories, lay a solid foundation for research, read a lot of books and materials, and combine with our many years of practical work experience, finally become this article. This paper first discusses the relationship between personality and crime from the structure of personality and the general characteristics of personality. On the basis of summarizing the previous theories, this paper creatively puts forward the eight characteristics of personality, and expounds the relationship between these eight characteristics and crime. In the aspect of personality and crime prevention, the author puts forward two propositions, one is personality protection and cultivation prevention, the other is treatment and correction prevention; At the same time, the author puts forward his own views and suggestions on the four problems that need to be solved urgently in the aspect of personality correction of criminals at present.
